ReeferTrak is the most comprehensive set of monitoring, tracking, and control solutions available in refrigerated transport.

ReeferTrak is the only product that provides direct full-authority communication with virtually all reefer micros and is formally licensed by both Carrier Transicold and Thermo King. Full-authority means that you can, from your desk, operate almost any feature of any reefer unit in your fleet as if you were standing next to it.

Our Web-enabled interface includes a variety of fleet management tools. The following tools are available from your PC with no special software required.

ReeferTrak is a family of products designed to meet the needs and requirements of the refrigerated transport industry, most are available with satellite, cellular, RF, or multi-mode communications. 

Three options for the ReeferTrak product are:

Commander ™

Provides real-time, full-authority monitoring and control of reefers (rail, truck, or trailer) with complete line of sight coverage throughout Australia.

Commander system features:

     
Geo-Fencing   Scout ™
  • Allows trigger of an event based on an asset's geo-Iocation
  • Could be the crossing of a state boundary or arrival at a customer location or terminal
  • Up to 128 distinct geo-Iocations can be stored
  • Can trigger automatic pre-trip/pre-cool, automatic notification, and other functions to fleet operations, etc
  • Allows remote commanding and selection of pre-stored
  • Carrier Intelliset pre-sets
  • Automatic Fresh Air Exchange
  • Allows remote commanding of the amount of the fresh air flow required by customers according to their load
  • ReeferTrak® - transmits remote commands to all reefers over the Internet
  • Provides a short-range reefer communications package for terminal/yard management aimed at food distribution applications
 
ReeferTrak® Commander Specs:
  • Reads Carrier micro once every minute
  • Event Response Time - 30 sec.
  • Poll Response Time - 1 min.
  • Reefer Interface/Protocols.
  • Direct interface to reefer controller.
  • Carrier: Micro, Advance Micro.
